Thinking that once i get to a bet exchange balance of £300 I will take out my initial £130 investment so I am working solely with winnings then.
Only downside I see in doing that is the more money you have in the exchange the more offers you can do!Thinking that once i get to a bet exchange balance of £300 I will take out my initial £130 investment so I am working solely with winnings then.
How many offers have you been doing a day?Well my week off work has proved profitable. Am now sitting at a profit of £241!! Not bad for a novice. Starting to get a bit twitchy now as the offers are getting a bit more complicated :/ My new aim is to get to £900 by the end of November when the sale on my apartment is completed to pay the solicitors bill for the sale
I've just started MB recently too. Made a bit of cash already but all my profits are coming out at around £3.50 each time. Is this standard and it's just a slow process, or is there something I should be doing to up the ante?

That doesn't sound right, the £20 coral free bet along should bring you in around £15 odd
You did set the calculator to SNR when you went to use the free bet?
What odds did you do the free bet at?
Of the matched betting I've done the bet with absolute lowest profit has been around £7. So it's likely you may not be following the instructions correctly. Are you following a step by step guide from a matched betting website like OddsMonkey or Profit Accumulator?
Ahhhhh, that makes sense nowWhen I say £3.50 I do mean per £5 free bet so overall for the £20 free bets I make around £13 or so if that's what you mean? The odds I bet at tend to be fairly low as the higher stakes send the liability way up and I don't want to be depositing tons into the account just yet as I'm just getting started.
I'm fairly sure I'm following the instructions properly! I'm following a website and using the calculator and on the correct setting etc but maybe the odds are just too low
I use OddsMonkey and when it comes to placing the free bet they suggest placing the bet at odds over 5. That's possibly where you're going wrong, not using high enough odds.

True. Mathematically the higher odds the more you will profit, providing the difference between back/lay isn't too great. However. I would poor a portion of caution over using too high odds because it flags your account up to the bookmakers as being a matched better. Especially if you make all your qualifying bets at low odds and then take much higher odds on a different sport for your free bet. I generally stick between 5 and 7 for free bets and never go into double figures.
